Aspargus omelett with shrimps:

Method:

 

Keep shrimps in cold water until it get soft. 
Now make a paste of wheat flour, cream, Eggs and also put bit salt.

Take a fry pan and heat it with oil so that you can cook 4 omelette in round shape. 
Once omelette is ready keep it aside. 

As you have kept shrimps in cold water for getting soft. Now take out shrimps from cold water and Fry it with Asparagus in butter. 
Keep frying in Fry pan from 2 – 3 minutes and also put salt, pepper.
Now keep omelette in between Asparagus and fold it properly. Put shrimps beside Asparagus.

It is ready for serve.

  • 16pieces asparagus (Boiled in salt water)
  • 200gm shrimps (Freezed)
  • 7 Eggs
  • 50ml Cream
  • 50gm Wheat Flour
  • Oil for Omelet, Butter for Shrimps and Asparagus
  • Salt and Pepper
