250 grams boiled potatoes (peeled)
1/2 cup yogurt
4 tablespoons cooking oil

Method: -

First peel the potatoes, now heat the oil in the pan, now put the potatoes in the pan, fry the potatoes till golden. After removing the potatoes, let the potatoes cool down, then pierce all the potatoes on the right side with a spoon, so that all the spices go well inside the potatoes, now take out the potatoes.

Remove the lid from time to time and keep stirring when the gravy thickens, then add 1 piece of musk fenugreek, 1/2 tsp hot spices and chopped coriander, cook again for 2 to 3 minutes, now cover and close the lid. Cover with gas, cover for 2 to 3 minutes.
