Ingredients:


Cheese - 250 grams
2 onions + 15 cashews + 2 - 3 green chillies (fine paste)
 2 tomatoes (fine paste)
1 tablespoon garlic paste
 4 tablespoons yogurt
 4 - 5 tablespoons cream or sour cream 100 grams milk
 Salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
 1/2 teaspoon hot spice powder
4 - 5 tablespoons pure ghee or plain ghee or oil or butter
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
3 green cardamoms
1 black cardamom
8-10 peppers
 4-5 living
 1 bay leaf
2 small cinnamon sticks

Quick and easy royal cheese recipe.

Method:


First you heat the pan, then add ghee or oil (whatever you want to use), then add whole spices, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 3 green cardamom, 8 to 10 black pepper, 1 large cardamom, 4 to Add 5 cloves, 1 bay. Add the leaves and 2 small cinnamon sticks, now the ham will fry it well. Now we will put onion, cashew and green chilli paste in it and keep it on medium heat.
