  • Ingredients

  • 6 Pieces Of Rock Fish
  • 2 Teaspoons Oregano
  • 1 Crushed Garlic Clove
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Onion
  • 3 Tablespoons White Wine
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Bay Leaf Crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Instructions

  • Melt the butter and vegetable oil in your skillet. Add the oregano, garlic, onion and crushed bay leaf and simmer utnil the onion is cooked thoroughly. This lets the flavors of the ingredients blend with your oil and butter to create a flavorful sauce.

  • Add the white wine and the lemon juice, mix well and saute your rock fish until done.

Once yoour rock fish is done, add the flour to the stock left in your pan and brown for a few minutes. Add the heavy cream and water and simmer utnil you have a thick gravy. Serve the rock fish over a bed of rice, topping it off with the flavorful gravy.
