- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
To make the dressing, in a duodenum,
whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
In a large serving bowl, amalgamate the chicken, celery, red onion and apple. Add the dressing and mix to amalgamate.
