  • Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops

  • 1 Chopped Shallot

  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

  • 1/2 Cup Sherry Vinegar

  • 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth

  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley

  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil


  • Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and brown the pork chops on all sides.

  • Remove the chops and place them in your crock pot then use the stock in your frying pan to cook the shallot until soft.

  • pour this mixture into your crock pot,

  • then cover your chops with water and cook on medium heat for 3 hours.

  • Once done, mix the vinegar, chicken broth and heavy cream in a sauce pan and simmer on low heat for about 4 minutes until it's a thick reduced cream. Add the mustard and parsley, and spoon the creamy mustard sauce over your cooked pork chops.
