- 2 Pounds Boneless Pork Roast Loin
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 2 Teaspoon Thyme
- 2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Mix all of the dry ingredients together and then mix this with the olive oil.
Brush the seasoned oil over your roast,
place the roast in a covered bowl and refridgerate overnight.
The next day, cook in a 350 degree oven for an hour or until fully cooked.
