  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • 1 5 Pound Beef Roast
  • 2 16 Ounce Can Tomatoes
  • 1 Cut Up Onion
  • 3 Cut Up Potatoes
  • 4 Cups Green Lima Beans (Canned)
  • 2 Cups Whole Kernel Corn (Canned)
  • 3 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • Tobasco Sauce As Desired
  • Crushed Red Hot Peppers As Desired

Instructions

Boil chicken and beef till almost done. Sit them aside to cool.

Put the next 5 ingredients in large pan or bowl. You will need either an electric grinder or the old fashion turn handle grinder.

Grind all vegetables into a large pan.

 

Pull the chicken off the bones and cut up.

 

Cut up the beef roast,add water as needed. Grind these into the same pan with the vegetables.

Add all other ingredients to meat and vegetables that have been grinded. Cook on medium to slow heat. Stir
occasionally to prevent sticking, you may need to add more water. Cook one hour. Enjoy!
