1 small can tomatoes
3 onions, chop fine
3 green peppers, chop
salt
1/2 cup diced celery
1 tablespoon butter
pepper (spice)
1 teaspoon flour
paprika

Directions:

Melt butter, stir in flour, onions, pepper. Add tomatoes, heat thoroughly. Place 1 dozen hard cooked eggs in buttered baking dish. Cover with hot tomato mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Brown lightly in oven. Add dash paprika.
