Baked Eggs in Cream

Baked Eggs in Cream-image

Ingredients:

6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
paprika
6 tablespoons cream

Directions:

Break eggs into individual buttered ramekin, cover eggs with tablespoons cream. Place in pan of hot water, set in moderate oven. Bake slowly, about 10 minutes. Serve with hot buttered toast. Grated cheese may be added.
